Mi Cocina is the celebrated restaurant at Casa Natalia Boutique Hotel, a gracious 18-room European-style property on Blvd. Mijares in San José del Cabo's historic centre. Founded in 1999, it is one of the original fine-dining institutions in the area. Founded by Loïc Tenoux and led by Executive Chef Genadis Corrales — a French chef with deep Baja roots — describes his approach as a 'Euro-Mexican Bistro': French sensibility meets Baja ingredients, with an emphasis on sustainably sourced local seafood, organic vegetables, and farm-raised meats. The intimate open-air courtyard, with fountains and string lights, offers a charming backdrop for breakfast through dinner. A seasonal Baja Oyster Bar pop-up (Thu–Sun, 2–10pm, reservation required) features 100% organic oysters from Sol Azul Seafarms in El Vizcaino Lagoons, BCS.
